Florida State Representative Dean Black, District 15, is an eighth generation Floridian.  He is the Fundraising Chair for the Republican Party of Florida, as well as the Duval County State Committeeman. He served as Chairman of the Republican Party of Duval County from 2018 to 2024.

Rep. Black is rancher and a business owner of a local Aamco. He is also a proud Air Force veteran and was a member of the 125th Fighter Wing, Florida Air National Guard on Jacksonville’s Northside. A staunch Trump supporter, Rep.
